I have had the privilege to work with and follow Morgan's career, since her graduation in 2015 from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a bachelor's degree in communications. In 2016 she embarked on a career path within the global mobility industry as a novice household goods move management consultant with a relocation management company having earned multiple promotions and being a 15X diamond/pinnacle award recipient at this RMC to assuming her current role now in 2024, on the corporate side, as a Global Mobility Leader for a multi-national corporation. Among other duties Morgan is responsible for designing and implementing policies across divisions to align with company objectives and regulatory compliance, while also deploying communication strategies to effectively convey new divisional guidelines and updates, ensuring employee understanding and compliance. In summary, Morgan is nothing short of a new brand of global mobility industry âtrailblazerâ cutting a pathway for other young professionals to emulate. Her business acumen coupled with her desire to share knowledge and ideas with others demonstrate to corporate peers and industry colleagues alike that leadership is truly not defined by age but is defined by setting the example.
