How do I make the GM Top 100 Rising Stars or the GM Top 250?

You make the list by getting nominated by your peers who admire your work! It's that simple. There is no judging panel or voting body. A simple count of nominations by your peers (outside your organisation). As such The Global Mobility Top Lists are a true representation of the wisdom of the crowd in action and a reflection of who moves, shakes and innovates the industry.

When will the GM Top Lists be announced?

There are two Global Mobility Top Lists released every year. The GM Top 250 of 2022 was released in December 2021 and live here.  The GM Top 100 Rising Stars list will start nominations in spring and release in May. The next main Corporate Professionals list will have nominations open in Fall and release in December. Stay tuned-in to the shows for timings!

Who can I nominate to a GM Top List?

You can nominate any Global Mobility professional in the world. The only 2 rules are that you cannot nominate yourself and we will DQ coordinated nominating of one person by organisations with very large head counts. The reason for this rule is so that people working for larger companies are not an an unfair advantage out of the gates. Nominees for The GM Top 100 Rising Stars list need to be under the age of 35 OR with less than 10 years industry experience.

What about people who are in-transition?

You can nominate people who are in transition provided they have been in a role within the last six months.

How many people can I nominate?

You can nominate up to 10 people for inclusion in any given Global Mobility Top List. We encourage you to use all 10 of your nominations! Please do not however nominate the same person more than once, duplicates will be excluded.

Will my nominations be confidential?

We confirm that all nominations will be confidential. Your data will not be shared with any third party.
