"It is my sincere pleasure to nominate Morgan Kelly, CRP for this prestigious recognition. It is well known and widely accepted that leadership is not defined by age but is defined by example. Over the decades since the words âglobal mobilityâ were first spoken or written to explain what we all do each and every day, this industry has been blessed with a cadre of incredible leaders who have positively contributed for many years to the success and growth of our individual professions within the global mobility industry. Morgan Kelly is a true example of this new brand of leader and up and coming inspirational corporate professional who can and will make a mark for herself and for others by exacting determination and innovative thinking, coupled with boundless enthusiasm in everything she does, in order to ultimately take her company's mobility program and our industry to new levels of growth and success. I have had the privilege to work with and follow Morgan's career, since her graduation in 2015 from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a bachelor's degree in communications. In 2016 she embarked on a career path within the global mobility industry as a novice household goods move management consultant with a relocation management company having earned multiple promotions and being a 15X diamond/pinnacle award recipient at this RMC to assuming her current role now in 2024, on the corporate side, as a Global Mobility Leader for a multi-national corporation. Among other duties Morgan is responsible for designing and implementing policies across divisions to align with company objectives and regulatory compliance, while also deploying communication strategies to effectively convey new divisional guidelines and updates, ensuring employee understanding and compliance. In summary, Morgan is nothing short of a new brand of global mobility industry âtrailblazerâ cutting a pathway for other young professionals to emulate. Her business acumen coupled with her desire to share knowledge and ideas with others demonstrate to corporate peers and industry colleagues alike that leadership is truly not defined by age but is defined by setting the example.
