As the CEO of AltoVita, I look after the overall strategy and the financial health of the company, which has become my second nature given my background in Corporate Finance and Strategy & Management. I strategically fundraise, budget and deploy resources to drive AltoVita's innovation and competitive edge in the corporate housing sector. In reality, as a startup founder, I'm involved in most aspects of the work, from digital marketing, recruitment to B2B Sales. What gets me very excited is the product design and tech development element of the business. I love seeing my vision & drive being translated into an intuitive & user friendly product which makes a real impact to our target audience, Fortune 1000's Global Talent Mobility Managers and mobile employees, being assigned or relocating for either personal development or strategy driven objectives. Talent mobility is of strategic value for large multinational companies not only for business growth-driven objectives but also a key selling point to attract top talents. AltoVita's technology is designed to enhance clients' talent mobility strategy by providing a fully transparent all-in-one solution which meets employees' corporate housing requirements for extended stays while remaining compliant to duty of care and corporate standards. I've lived & worked in 11 cities: Perth, Jakarta, Shanghai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, New York, Ann Arbor, Hermitage, Burgundy, Solo. Having relocated with my former employers Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers from NYC to Hong Kong and then London, I am a product testament of Talent Mobility. These experiences have shaped who I am and formed a greater understanding of the importance of Global Talent Mobility programs. Outside of AltoVita, I spend my time looking for investment opportunities as an angel investor.
